针对普通高校应用型人才的培养需要,依托全国高校“第二课堂成绩单”试点单位和山东省大学生社团工作研究基地,发挥第二课堂和第一课堂相互融合的协同机制,正确处理社团活动、学科竞赛与实践教学三者之间的关系,依托电子信息类应用型本科专业,通过学科竞赛的桥梁纽带作用,注重学生动手实践和创新创业能力的培养以及综合素质的提高,把第二课堂创新创业教育实践活动整合纳入第一课堂人才培养体系,构建有机统一贯穿始终的协同机制,形成了以学科竞赛为主线的创新创业教育。学科竞赛协同机制的构建与实践激活了学生社团活动,丰富了教学组织手段,凝聚和兼顾了学生管理与人才培养,促进了学生综合素质的提高。 |

in view of the training needs of applied talents in Colleges and universities, relying on the national "second classroom report" pilot unit and Shandong university student association work research base, giving play to the cooperation mechanism of the integration of the second classroom and the first classroom, correctly handling the relationship among community activities, discipline competition and practical teaching, and relying on the electronic information applied undergraduate major, through the role of the bridge and link of subject competition, we pay attention to the cultivation of students" practical ability, innovation and entrepreneurship ability and the improvement of their comprehensive quality, integrate the second classroom innovation and entrepreneurship education practice into the first classroom talent training system, build an organic and unified cooperation mechanism, and form the innovation and entrepreneurship education with subject competition as the main line. The construction and practice of the subject competition coordination mechanism activate the activities of students" associations, enrich the means of teaching organization, agglomerate and give consideration to the management of students and the cultivation of talents, and promote the improvement of students" comprehensive quality. |
