      三创人才培养理念以人才能力培养为核心,强调对学生主动思考能力和学以致用能力的培养。传统的“通过课堂讲授学习、通过案例学习”的课程教学模式中,学生地位相对被动,从创意、创新到实施角度都无法真正体现自己的思维和个人能动性。本文从在教学形态多维化、、时空多维化空间、方式、时间、和考核与评价方式五个多维化出发维度上构建了“线上”与“线下”教学相结合的教学形态、结构丰富完善的实践教学平台、过程化考核与长时域多模态教学质量评价体系相结合的检验模式。通过多维多方位立体化教学模式方式,,以“体验式学习、行动中学习”为宗旨,激发和培养学生创造、创新、创业能力,力,探索研究三创人才培养体系的构建。
英文摘要:
      The training concept of "three creative talents" focuses on the cultivation of talents' ability, emphasizing the cultivation of students' active thinking ability and application ability. In the traditional teaching mode of "teaching and learning in class and case study", students are relatively passive, and they can't really reflect their own thinking and personal initiative from the perspective of creativity, innovation and implementation. In this paper, from the perspective of teaching form, space-time, assessment and evaluation methods, the author constructs a teaching form combining "online" and "offline", a practice teaching platform with rich and perfect structure, and a test mode combining process assessment and long-time-domain multimodal teaching quality evaluation system. With the aim of "experiential learning, learning in action", the multi-dimensional teaching model stimulates and cultivates students' creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial ability, and explores and studies the construction of the three-innovation talent training system.
