摘    要:阐述了新型开关电源的关键技术。釆用跨周期调制和电流极限状态机相结合,引入模糊控制理论和混沌理论,使新型开关电源在能量转换效率、瞬态响应速度、负载调整率、抗扰动性能等方面的特性得到显着提高;应用频率抖动(FJ)技术,实现开关电源低EMI性能。随着半导体功率开关器件的快速发展,新型开关电源将会更加短、小、轻、薄、节能、安全,实现高效率和高品质的统一。

Abstract:Key technologies for novel switching power supplies are presented. By combining pulse skip modulation mode with current limit state machine, and introducing fuzzy control theory and chaos theory, characteristics of the novel switching power supply, such as energy transfer efficiency, transient response, load regulation rate and anti-interference, have been greatly improved. Low EM characteristics could be realized utilizing frequency jitter technique. With the rapid advancement of the semiconductor switching power device, novel switching power supplies will become shorter, smaller, lighter, safer and more cost-effective in the future, achieving both high efficiency and high quality.
