| Combined with the actual situation of Electronic and Information Engineering Major in Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology, through the investigation of employers, this paper makes an in-depth study on the orientation of talent training objectives. The relationship between graduation requirements and talent training objectives should be deeply explored, and a talent training system with students as the center and market demand as the guidance should be constructed. And according to the talent training system, we build a three-level platform and ability training curriculum system. At the same time, from the teaching methods (mind map), tutor system, "practice + practice + graduation design + employment" integrated practice teaching and school enterprise cooperation to serve regional economy and other aspects of the talent training system.
