| 教学模式改革是当前军队院校教育改革的重点和难点。翻转课堂是一种将课前与课堂有效结合的教学模式。本文在分析基于O-PIRTAS通用翻转课堂模式的基础上，结合模拟电子技术课堂教学中存在的问题，提出了一种符合军队院校实际的O-PRSIRTAS教学变式。该变式为翻转课堂实施提出了具体可行的解决办法，也为军队院校教学改革提供新的研究思路。 |

| The reform of teaching mode is the difficulty and focus in military colleges and universities. Flipped classroom is a researching-oriented teaching mode which combines the self-learning before class and discussing in class. In this paper, the main problems of O-PIRTAS general mode are firstly analyzed in analog electronic technology course, and then a new teaching mode based on O-PRSIRTAS is designed in accordance with the actual situation of military colleges and universities. This new mode can provide feasible solutions for the actual using of flipped classroom, and provide a new way of thinking for the reform of teaching mode in military colleges and universities. |
