      在国家新基建战略以及双碳目标背景下,契合新工科理念,本文提出电气类硕士研究生创新人才培养三大新要求:立德树人、学科交叉、科研服务产业。文章阐述了通过充分发挥协同育人机制,优化课程体系,强化工程实践,科研服务产业发展, 形成了“521”研究生创新人才培养模式(5个培养阶段; 2类教育贯穿始终;1套管理制度),构建了校企无缝对接研究生实践创新能力培养有效机制,取得了持续有效的人才培养效果。
英文摘要:
      In the context of the national "new infrastructure" strategy, as well as carbon peak and carbon neutralization targets, in line with the new engineering concept, three new requirements for nurturing postgraduate innovative talents are put forward: strengthen morality education, cross-discipline, scientific research services industry. We give fully implement the mechanism of collaborative education, optimize the curriculum system, strengthen engineering practice and develop the scientific research service industry, formed a "521" postgraduate innovative talents training model (“5”, “2” and “1” represent five nurturing stages, S2 education runs through the whole process, 1 set of management systems,respectively) makes great success in the progress of training talents.
