      针对传统应用型本科高校电气专业人才培养模式单一、重结果而轻过程、缺乏互动等问题,结合“新工科”的全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的现代教育理念,构建了从学生到教师、从知识到能力、从课本到实践的多维度人才培养模式。该培养模式的实施,学生的教学实践、创新创业、学科竞赛、教师科学研究等方面得到了较大程度的提升,并取得良好成效。

      In view of the proplems about the single training mode of electrical professionals,focusing on the results rather than process and lacking interaction in tradition-oriented undergraduate universities,combined with the modern education concept of the emerging engineering,which includes educating the whole staff, educating the whole process and educating the all-round,a multi-dimensional talent training mode is constructed,which from students to teachers, from knowledge to ability, and from textbooks to practice.The students' teaching practice, innovation and entrepreneurship, discipline competition and teachers' scientific research are greatly improved through the implementation of all-round training mode and good results are achieved.
