      紧扣国家全面培养优秀人才的教育方略,牢抓电工电子基础核心能力培养的课程地位,对实际学情进行了全面分析,树立了“四进阶式”教学目标和“三式一化”教学理念,并将其作为暗线贯穿于教学各方面,挖掘了“电工电子技术”教学存在的四大痛点,充分发挥实践教学、信息化网络技术等的补充作用,探索形成了以痛点为导向的混合教学模式,显著提升了“电工电子技术”教学质量实效。

      Closely following the national education strategy of cultivating excellent talents in an all-round way, and firmly grasping the curriculum position of the cultivating basic core abilities of power and electronics, the actual learning situation is analyzed comprehensively, the "four-steps" teaching goal and the "three types and one form" teaching idea are set up, which runs through all aspects of teaching as a secret line. And then, the four "pain points" existing in the teaching of "power electronics technology" are excavated, giving full play to the complementary role of practical teaching and information network technology, the pain points-oriented mixed teaching mode is explored, which can significantly improve the actual teaching quality of "power electronics technology".
