      针对“微波技术”课程特点以及雷达工程专业本科学员自身的优势与不足,对“微波技术”课程教学重新进行设计,根据应用牵引、紧贴装备、夯实基础的教学理念,采取两化三结合、精讲勤练及建立多元考核评价体系的教学策略,采用CEI、HPMT等灵活多样的教学方法,充分发挥学员的主动性,破解教学瓶颈,取得了良好的教学效果。

      In view of the characteristics of microwave technology course and the advantages and shortcomings of radar engineering undergraduate students, the article redesigned the teaching of microwave technology course, according to the teaching idea of application traction, close to the equipment, and solid foundation, adopted the teaching strategies of two or three combinations, intensive lectures and diligent practice, and established a diversified assessment and evaluation system, adopted flexible teaching methods such as CEI and HPMT, gave full play to the initiative of the students, cracked the teaching bottleneck, and achieved good teaching results
