培育兼具家国情怀、卓越实践能力、创新思维与国际竞争力的“新工科”领域复合型人才，剖析“信号与系统”课情和思政难点，构建并实施“核心价值-工科思维-应用能力”三位一体的课程思政体系，将思政元素无缝融入到教学目标、教学内容、教学方法及评价体系中，确保“传授知识”与“立德树人”并驾齐驱，努力为国家培养品学兼优的优秀人才。

英文摘要:

To cultivate interdisciplinary "New Engineering" talents with national duty, practical skills, innovative mindset, and global competitiveness, we have developed a tripartite curriculum integrating core values, engineering mindset, and applied competence. Based on an analysis of "Signals and Systems," we seamlessly embed ideological elements into teaching objectives, content, methods, and evaluation systems, ensuring knowledge and moral education advance together. Ultimately, we aim to cultivate outstanding talents with both moral and academic excellence for the country.
