“交流电机系统分析”是电气工程研究生的专业核心课。为了加强对工科研究生科研创新能力的培养,在课程教学中引入工程教育理念,将课程教学内容与电机研究前沿和热点有机结合。设计一系列科研能力训练工程项目——满足某些特定性能要求的交流电机及系统的仿真与设计,并在3轮教学中顺利实施。实践证明这种科研能力训练教学模式对培养和提高工科研究生的科研创新能力,增强其团队合作能力有重要的作用。 |

In order to strengthen the cultivation of innovation ability of scientific research for electrical engineering (EE) graduate students in AC electric machine system analysis course, engineering education concept is introduced and a series of scientific research ability training projects are designed by combining the teaching contents and the electric machine research frontier and hot spots. The engineering training mode has been implemented for three years for graduate students in EE. Teaching practice proves that the scientific research ability training mode has an important role to cultivate and improve the graduate student research innovation ability and to enhance their teamwork ability. |
