成果导向教育(Outcomes-Based Education, OBE )理念以学生学习效果为目标驱动,注重学生创造能力、实践能力和解决问题能力的培养,非常适合用于电机学的教学。本文以“同步电机发电机电枢反应”章节为例,详细介绍了基于成果导向教育的教学方案设计。以保证学生深刻理解电机电枢反应为驱动目标,通过学生运用Maxwell仿真软件建模发现问题,鼓励学生讨论发言,从现象思考问题本质。 |

The learning outcomes is the goal of the Outcomes-Based Education (OBE). It highlights the development of students’ creative abilities, the abilities of observing the experiments, of thinking, and of analyzing and solving problems. Therefore, OBE is ideal for the electrical machinery. In this paper, the chapter of “Armature Reaction of Synchronous Generator” is taken as the example. The teaching plan based on OBE is introduced in details. The goal of the lesson is developing a strong understanding of the armature reaction. The problems can be found using Maxwell. Students are encouraged to discuss and state the opinion. The essence of the problem is obtained by analyzing the phenomenon. |
