| 吉大仪电开放实验室一直探索实践创新能力培养新模式,寻求适合工科类本科生的实践类教育方法,改变实验室只提供实验设备和场地的一贯模式,发挥实验老师、理论课教师与科研一线老师的各自优势,加入到开放实验室实践教育中,依托学生兴趣、竞争机制、交流平台、能力培训、实践创新等五维一体的模式下进行本科生实践创新能力培养。经过5年的实践证明,逐步完成了高素质创新性人才培养模式的构建,为大学生创业实践活动的开展奠定了坚实的基础。 |

| Exoteric laboratory of SIEE has been exploring a new training patter for practice and innovation ability, and searching for a teaching way stressing practice which suits engineering undergraduates better. Now the laboratory provides more than instruments and working space. Indeed, practice teachers, theorytuitors and professors with science programs, with their different respective advantages, have all joined in the practice teaching. They help the undergraduates improve practice and innovation ability, which is based on students’ interest, competition mechanism, communication platform, trainings, practice and innovations. Our practice in the first 5 years proves that we can accomplish gradually the new training pattern construction for high-quality students of innovations and this offers a solid foundation to the development of undergraduates undertaking-business practice activities. |
