构建适应新工科背景下具有行业特色专业的人才培养体系,对于工科优势的地方高校来说是重要的转型发展机遇。我校自动化专业根据新工科特征、结合本专业特色、区域经济及行业人才需求状况,在广泛调研的基础上,构建了2018人才培养体系。首先以产业需求建专业方向;其次以技术促教学内容交叉融合,将目标培养分解为能力培养,而能力培养又通过以课程模块知识为载体来达成;第三以学生志趣变教学方法,改革教学方式与手段;最后构建层层相扣的实践教学体系,切实提高学生工程意识与创新能力,以达到培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力。 |

Under the new engineering background, constructing the professional talent cultivation scheme is an important opportunity for the local universities with engineering advantages. According to the characteristics of new engineering, combined with the characteristics of automation major, regional economy and industrial talent demand, the 2018 automation major talent cultivation system has been constructed on the basis of extensive research. First, professional direction is established according to industry demand; secondly, course content is cross-integrated based on technology and the objective cultivation is divided into student ability cultivation, and the cultivation of ability is further achieved through the course module knowledge. Thirdly, change teaching methods and means according to students" aspirations and interests. Finally, the practical teaching system is constructed to improve students’ engineering consciousness and innovative thinking, and ultimately to cultivate students" the ability to solve complex engineering problems. |
