      永磁直线电机具有高推力和高效的优点,在数控设备、高速物流和轨道交通等领域的应用日益广泛。为适应永磁直线电机实验教学需求,提高学生的实践能力,本文研制了往复式永磁直线电机实验教学平台。相较于传统直线电机实验教学平台,该实验教学平台通用性和灵活性强,可实现永磁直线电机的多种实验研究,同时具有较高的实验精度。基于该实验教学平台,开展了永磁直线电机的定位、定位力、静态推力以及开环和闭环实验研究。该实验教学平台的研制和应用,丰富了电机类课程的教学内容,为学生提供了良好的实践环境。
英文摘要:
      Permanent magnet linear motor is widely used in the field of numerical control device, high speed logistics and rail transit due to its high force and high efficiency. To meet the requirement of experimental teaching of permanent magnet linear motor and improve students’ practical ability, this paper develops an experimental teaching platform of reciprocating permanent magnet linear motor. Compared with the conventional permanent magnet linear motor experimental teaching platform, this experimental teaching platform has a great versatility and flexibility, which can realize various experimental studies on permanent magnet linear motor with high experimental accuracy. Based on the experimental teaching platform, permanent magnet linear motor positioning, detent force, static force and open- and closed-loop experimental research are carried out. The development and application of the experimental teaching platform enrich the teaching content of electrical motor courses and provide students with a great practical environment.
