| 摘要:针对工程教育专业认证对非技术能力培养的要求,以“电子技术”课程为载体,基于OBE理念开展了教学改革。首先通过问卷调查明确学生需求,构建了“MOOC/SPOC +课前三分钟+ BOPPPS +创新实践”混合式教学模式,建立了“形式—内容—能力”深度融合机制,将非技术能力培养贯穿教学全过程。提出了涵盖课堂、实验、创新作品及期末考核的多元过程性评价体系,实现了内容、能力与评价的精准对位。实践表明,该模式有效提升了学生非技术能力的培育成效。 |
| Abstract:To meet the requirements of engineering education professional certification for non-technical skills, a teching reform based on the concept of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) was implemented in the Electronic Technology course. Based on student needs identified through surveys, a blended teaching model of "MOOC/SPOC + Three-Minute Pre-Class Session + BOPPPS + Innovative Practice" was constructed. By establishing a deep integration mechanism of "Form-Content-Competency," non-technical skill cultivation is woven into the entire instructional process. Meanwhile, a multi-dimensional process evaluation system covering classroom performance, experiments, innovative projects, and final exams was established to ensure precise alignment between content, practice, and assessment. Practice shows that this model effectively enhances the cultivation of students'' non-technical competencies. |
