| 摘要:针对“飞机电气系统”课程中教师行业背景不足、学生发展路径分化、双语教学及考核方式单一等问题，开展教学创新。构建教学科研协同的师资机制，面向考研、求职、执照等学生群体推行个性化教学与差异化任务，融入案例与思政元素，建立过程性评价体系，有效激发学生学习主动性、提升问题解决能力。该探索为民航电气信息类课程建设提供了有益经验，为培养国际化机务维修人才奠定基础。 |
| Abstract:In response to the issues in the Aircraft Electrical Systems course—namely, instructors’ limited industry background, divergent student development paths, and rigid bilingual teaching and assessment methods—teaching innovations were introduced. A collaborative teaching–research mechanism was established to strengthen faculty expertise. Differentiated instruction and tasks are implemented for students pursuing postgraduate studies, employment, or license certification. Case studies and ideological elements are integrated into the curriculum, and a process-oriented evaluation system is established to enhance student engagement and problem-solving skills. This course exploration provides valuable experience for developing civil aviation electrical and information courses and lays a foundation for cultivating internationally oriented maintenance professionals. |
