| 摘要:针对电气信息类本科生实践教学需求,综合虚拟仪器、PLC、工业互联网先进技术构建了虚实结合的石油钻井监控实验系统。该系统基于LabVIEW软件和PLC实体控制器开发,在此基础上构建了以太网总线通信网络,并对教师机软件、学生机软件和PLC软件进行了模块化设计。该系统采用虚实结合的方式,扩充了实验内容,提高了共享范围,为工业互联网、计算机控制、过程控制等虚拟实验教学的探索与网络共享提供基础。 |
| Abstract:Aiming at the practical teaching needs of electrical information undergraduate students, the virtual instrument, PLC and industrial Internet advanced technologies are integrated to build a virtual-real oil drilling monitoring and control experimental system. The system is developed based on LabVIEW software and PLC physical controller, on which an internal model control algorithm and an Ethernet bus communication network is built, and the teacher machine software, student machine software and PLC software are designed modularly. The system uses the combination of virtual and real to expand the experimental content and improve the sharing scope, providing a basis for the exploration and network sharing of virtual experimental teaching of industrial Internet, computer control and process control. |
