| 摘要:针对军校电子技术基础课程存在的教学内容与装备脱节、实践创新能力培养不足、军政素质育人薄弱、个性化培养缺失等核心问题,探索构建了以 “三增两减” 课程内容创新、“三层五维” 实践平台搭建、“共情共鸣” 军政素质强化、“智选成长路线” 个性化培养为核心的 “四谋” 教学模式。教学实践表明,该模式显著提升了学员的综合能力素质,为 “指技合一” 新型军事人才培养提供了有力支撑。 |
| Abstract:To address the core problems of the Fundamentals of Electronic Technology course in military academies, including the disconnection between teaching content and military equipment, insufficient cultivation of practical and innovative abilities, weak military and political quality education, and lack of personalized training, this study constructs the "Four Strategies" teaching model centered on "Three Increases and Two Decreases" curriculum content innovation, construction of the "Three Layers and Five Dimensions" practical platform, strengthening of military and political quality through "empathy and resonance", and personalized training based on "intelligent growth path selection". Teaching practice has shown that this model has significantly improved the comprehensive abilities and qualities of cadets, providing strong support for the cultivation of new-type military talents with both command and technical capabilities. |
