| 摘要:针对传统基层教学组织转型困境，基于组织变革与学习共同体理论，构建“数字赋能—学科融合”双轮驱动框架，设计“平台—机制—文化”一体化路径。东南大学案例表明，数字技术重塑流程与治理，学科融合重构知识与协作逻辑，双轮协同激活教师创新与课程质量衔接。据此提出制度调适与治理赋能的系统性变革策略。 |
| Abstract:Addressing the practical challenges of transforming traditional grassroots teaching organizations, this study constructs a dual-driver analytical framework of "digital empowerment—disciplinary integration" based on organizational change and community of practice theories, and designs an integrated pathway of "platform—mechanism—culture." The case study of Southeast University reveals that digital technology reshapes teaching processes and governance, while disciplinary integration reconstructs knowledge production and collaborative logic. The synergy of the two drivers activates faculty innovation and bridges curriculum and quality. Accordingly, this paper proposes a systematic transformation strategy that combines institutional adjustment with governance empowerment. |
